In 2003, the Lord provided the opportunity for us to buy a 3-acre parcel in Duvall, WA. We moved onto the land in February 2004. In December 2005, we applied for a building permit to build a house on the property. After a long process involving wetlands and well covenants, we received our permit on August 7, 2007.
